Gaylord Specialty Healthcare
I currently work on the design team as a Marketing Coordinator at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare based in Wallingford, CT. Here I assist with the development and design of outpatient materials such as billboards, fliers, brochures, apparel, branded items, videos, motion graphics, 2D graphics, and much more. In addition to my design work, I assist with email marketing campaigns, social media posting, and website maintenance all through HubSpot, as well as public relations and press events. I recently had a significant role in creating assets to promote our newly opened location in Madison, CT and our newly expanded location in North Haven, CT.

Joseph A. Lindenmayer Employee of the Year Award Videos
I had the pleasure of creating the 2022 and 2023 Joseph A. Lindenmayer Employee of the Year Award nominee highlight video. This video is shown annually during the ceremony to announce the winner. I had complete control of this project for both years, including preliminary ideas, filming, video editing, and motion graphics creation. It was extremely rewarding to see both videos come to fruition after so much time and effort put in to showcase our great staff.
Gaylord Giving Day CEO Video
This video was created to help promote Gaylord Giving Day, a yearly event to help raise money to support a chosen initiative. This year, funds raised will go to clinical education for Gaylord staff.
Recruitment Videos
Recently, we have worked closely with our human resources department to host multiple hiring events. Some marketing campaign materials have included email blasts, billboards, email signatures, social media ads and Google ads, and videos like this.
Careers at Gaylord
This is a short 45-second promotional video created to showcase testimonials from some of Gaylord’s longest-employed staff members. The footage was provided. Editing and motion graphics were created by me.
Gaylord Gauntlet 2023 Social Media Campaign
On the days leading up to the 2023 Gaylord Gauntlet, a 5k obstacle course hosted annually by Gaylord, I was tasked with creating a number of social media posts to promote our featured athletes, sponsors and to encourage attendance. These were primarily posted on the Facebook pages of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, the Gaylord Gauntlet, and the Gaylord Sports Association. Some were also shared on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Gaylord recently opened a new physical therapy location in Madison, CT. During this process, I had a hand in creating many assets to promote its opening including but not limited to digital ads, billboards, flyers, email marketing, print ads, and signage creation. See some of the content below.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (D.E.B.I.) Committee
In addition to my other projects, I am also an active member of the D.E.B.I. committee at Gaylord. Part of our mission is as stated, “The Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion Committee, also known as the DEBI Committee was created to provide education, insight, counsel, and assistance. Its diverse employee membership assures a wide variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences are shared with the organization. This collaboration helps Gaylord achieve its goal of providing compassionate, cross-cultural care while creating a work environment where all community members feel secure, welcomed, and heard.”
